Terms & Conditions

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for the use of the guided tour and related services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by Vita Co., Ltd., operating as Deep Guide Tokyo (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
By using the Service, customers (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) agree to these Terms.

Registration

Users shall provide accurate information such as their name, email address, and phone number when making a booking or inquiry.
If false or fraudulent information is provided, or if the Service is used for inappropriate purposes, the Company reserves the right to refuse or suspend the User’s participation.

Booking and Payment

Tour bookings shall be made via the Company’s designated online form or partner booking platforms.
Cancellations or changes after confirmation shall follow the rules stated in the Company’s Cancellation Policy.
Bookings are confirmed once full payment is completed by credit card or other accepted payment methods.
All prices are indicated and charged in Japanese Yen (JPY). Your credit card issuer will automatically convert the final amount to your local currency. The Company is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees.

Prohibited Acts

Users must not engage in any of the following acts while using the Service:

• Violating laws, public order, or morals
• Infringing the rights or interests of other users, the Company, or third parties
• Providing false information
• Using the Service for commercial solicitation or purposes unrelated to the tour
• Engaging in unauthorized access, system interference, or any actions that hinder the operation of the Service

Service Changes or Suspension

The Company may change or cancel a tour without prior notice due to weather, disasters, transportation issues, or other unavoidable circumstances.
The Company shall not be held liable for any losses arising from such cancellations; however, if prepayment has been made, a full refund will be provided.

Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from natural disasters, transportation delays, communication failures, or other force majeure events.
The Company shall not be liable for any injuries, theft, or accidents during the tour unless caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Company is not responsible for any disputes that occur at facilities or shops introduced during the tour; such issues shall be resolved directly between the User and the relevant facility.

Handling of Personal Information

The Company will appropriately handle personal information provided by Users in accordance with its separate Privacy Policy.

All text, images, logos, and designs on this website are the property of the Company or their respective copyright owners.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of such content is strictly prohibited.

Revisions to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms as necessary.
Revised Terms will become effective once posted on the official website, and Users shall be deemed to have agreed to them upon continued use of the Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
