No immediate payment is required to submit a request. Once your date and guide are confirmed, we will send you a secure payment link (Stripe / PayPal) via email to finalize your booking.

Confirm & Pay

We will check our availability and send you an approval email containing a secure Stripe or PayPal payment link.

Receive Details

Once payment is completed, your booking is locked in. We will send the final confirmation with meeting details and guide contact info.

What happens if it rains?

Our tours run rain or shine. In case of rain, we will modify the route to spend more time inside historic cafes, covered temples, and shops. However, in the event of extreme weather warning (typhoon, heavy snow), we will cancel and offer a full refund.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour time. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable as we lock in the guide's schedule.

Is this tour suitable for children and elderly?

Yes, absolutely! Since the tour is 100% private, we can adjust the pace, walking distance, and rest breaks to accommodate children, seniors, or anyone with limited mobility.

Are food and drinks included?

A few local light snacks (e.g., traditional crackers, sweets) and a cup of green tea are included in the tour. Heavy meals are not included, but we can recommend excellent lunch or dinner spots in the neighborhood.
